Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment must be received by specific cut-off dates to receive specified reduced rates.

Full payment must be received by price cut off dates to receive the reduced prices. The final remainder second payments must be received March 31, 2013 or reservation is forfeited. If a cancellation occurs after a full payment is received, 50% of payment can be returned. The rest will be a cancellation fee. Full payments can be transferred to another new person but the enrollees must find this person on their own. After April 12, 2013 there will be no refunds and the price rises to the at the door price and must be paid in full when person registers.
